1. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Once payment has been made, the product is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Due to hygienic reasons and the nature of the product being used near the eyes — a highly sensitive area — returns or exchanges due to personal preference, usage, or hygiene concerns will not be accepted.
 
2. Exchange Policy
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, you may request for a one-to-one exchange under the following conditions:
•The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
•A clear unboxing video must be provided, showing the parcel from the moment it is opened until the product is fully revealed.
•The video must clearly display the condition of the parcel and product at the time of unboxing.
 
Our inspection team will review the video and respond within 48 hours.
If the claim is approved, a replacement will be arranged accordingly.
 
3. Important Notice
We strongly encourage all customers to record an unboxing video starting from the moment the parcel is received, before opening any packaging.
This serves as verification for any potential issue related to product damage or missing items.
 
Failure to provide a clear and complete unboxing video, or submission of an incomplete recording, will result in the claim being considered invalid.
No exchange or replacement will be entertained under such circumstances.
 
This requirement is in place to ensure transparency and fairness, protecting the interests of both the buyer and A.Beauty House.
 
All exchange-related communication will be handled through A.Beauty House’s official Instagram chat box to ensure proper documentation and assistance.
